Located in the hearth of the Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village (CO), BP&A offers advanced Business Consultancy Services and licensing for PosGate, an innovative cloud based multi-channel payment platform, whose rights in the US are owned by the company.

Bruno Pilo'

CEO and Founder

Throughout his career, Mr. Pilò has held a variety of managerial positions in production, operations, engineering, telecommunications, and has been involved in the design and implementation of innovative services for large national and multinational companies since more than two decades. Born in Turin (Italy), Mr. Pilo received a BS in computer science and earned an M.B.A. with honors from Turin University in Italy. He served in the Italian Army where he reached the rank of Captain as a tactical control officer of anti-aircraft missile battery.  Mr. Pilo has a very strong experience in financial and information technology related projects. He is an expert in strategy, organization, business development, partnerships and negotiations.

Roberto Ruschena

Senior Vice President

Electrical engineer with an extensive background in information systems. As a registered patent agent, Mr. Ruschena can assists inventors and corporations with the filing and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications in the fields of mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, electronics, computers, software, information systems and business procedures. Mr.Ruschena holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Torino, Italy, and a Master’s Degrees in Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. He has lived in four countries on three continents and, in addition to English, he is fluent in French and Italian. Often collaborates professionally with his wife, Susan Perkins Ruschena, a renewable energy attorney.

Susan Perkins

Attorney, Legal Affairs

Ms. Perkins has practiced law for over thirty years, working initially with top energy law firms and later with a Fortune 200 independent oil company in legal and executive management positions of increasing responsibility. Susan Perkins graduated in 1975 from the University of Houston, Bates College of Law, after which she practiced law with the international law firm of Vinson & Elkins, Houston, Texas. In 1983, Ms. Perkins began a successful career with Total Petroleum. After completing an MBA in International Business from Regis University in Denver, Ms. Perkins started her own law firm in Colorado. Susan Perkins is licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado and Texas. She is a member of the Colorado Solar Energy Industries Association, the Colorado Renewable Energy Society, and the Colorado World Trade Center, and is a board member of Clean Energy Action. Ms. Perkins is a past president of the Aurora Rotary Club, and is a past president of the Colorado Association of Corporate Counsel.

Grant Ross

Senior Program Manager

Grant has been a driving force of leadership for more than 20 years at a number of organizations in Colorado, from startups to those in transition. He brings his proven leadership expertise to client success. Grant utilizes his project management capabilities to oversee product implementation and customization and engage in top-level client involvement. Previously, Grant delivered crucial leadership as VP of Business Support Systems at JATO Communications and VP of Solutions Delivery at EHPT USA. Most recently, as the Program Governance Consultancy Practice Lead, for Progressive Intelligence Pvt., Grant focused on delivering value through effective governance practices. Grant graduated with a B.A. in life sciences from Washington and Jefferson College. He continued his education at Villanova University, University of Denver, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), earning certificates in computer science, IT, and project management.
